2. Laundry Services

Quick Wash Des Plaines provides:

Self-service laundry
Wash and fold (drop-off service)
Pickup and delivery laundry service
Commercial laundry services

We do not provide dry cleaning services. Customers are responsible for checking garments before submission.

3. Pickup & Delivery Terms

By scheduling pickup and delivery:

You agree to provide accurate address and contact information
You agree to leave laundry in a safe and accessible location
You understand delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or operational issues
You agree to pricing based on weight and service type

4. Messaging Services (SMS & WhatsApp)

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS, text messages, and WhatsApp messages from Quick Wash Des Plaines.

These messages may include:

Order updates and status notifications
Pickup and delivery reminders
Customer service responses
Promotional offers and service updates

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
