Enrique Mendez83 days agoA few weeks back we had a bad storm that shut off our power and we couldn't do laundry. Which we needed to do, especially for our kids cloths. They always get dirty within seconds... Luckily Quickwash was open and even late so it was perfect for us. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the owner and he was truly amazing. Saying hello making conversation and even helping us every step of the way using his machines. Definitely will be going back not only when our power shuts off even on regular days!! Apologies for forgetting your name I have a bad habit of forgetting namesā¦ but you were amazing from start to finish!!!Posted on Google

Derick M100 days agoI don't usually leave reviews, but this laundromat absolutely deserves one. The place is spotless, well-lit, and all of the machines were clean and in great working condition. I was impressed by how quickly the washers and dryers got everything done, and nothing was out of service. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience easy and stress-free. It's obvious they take pride in keeping the place clean and making customers feel welcome. There was plenty of seating, it felt safe, and the whole atmosphere was much nicer than most laundromats I've been to. If you're looking for a reliable, clean, and well-maintained laundromat with excellent customer service, this is the place to go. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone in the area!Posted on Google

Y Z191 days agoNew owners, yay! Quick Wash is exactly what a neighborhood laundromat should be. New owners are a sister and brother team and you can tell they are putting a real effort into updating the space. Itās conveniently located, clean, and bright, with plenty of tables for folding and lots of chairs so you can actually sit comfortably while you wait. Thereās an excellent selection of washers and dryers, and the bonus of free dryers on Thursdays is such a nice perk. It just feels good supporting a local business that isnāt a big chain. Highly recommended.Posted on Google

Mariyam Dawood197 days agoI had an amazing experience at Quick wash and I truly felt it was worth sharing. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean, organized, and welcoming the entire place was. Everything was well-maintained, and the environment made doing laundry feel comfortable and stress-free. The pricing is very reasonable, and honestly, itās worth every single penny. You can really tell that they care about providing good value to their customers. Itās not just about washing clothesāitās about having a smooth and pleasant experience while youāre there. What stood out the most to me was the exceptional service I received from one of the staff members. I didnāt get the chance to ask his name, but he was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. He guided me step by step and made sure I understood everything. His willingness to help and his positive attitude truly made a big difference in my visit. Itās rare to come across such genuine customer service these days, and I really appreciate the effort he put into helping me. It honestly meant a lot, and it turned a simple task into a really positive experience. I highly recommend this laundromat to anyone in the area. If youāre looking for a clean place, fair prices, and outstanding customer service, this is definitely the spot. Iāll absolutely be coming back again!Posted on Google

Due to a nasty drain problem with our septic, we hadn't been able to do laundry in a month. 5 large bags of dirty laundry picked up and 48 hours later delivered back to us perfectly clean and folded. Peter K213 days agoWe have been using this establishmentās wash-and-fold service for the past six months after switching from a competitor, and the experience has been consistently excellent. We operate a busy massage business in the area and rely on a dependable laundry service that can handle our weekly volume with a 24-hour turnaround. Our linens are always washed in hot water, as requested, which effectively removes oils and leaves the sheets thoroughly clean, fresh, and neatly folded. Their reliability, attention to detail, and consistent quality have made them an important part of our operations. We highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a professional and dependable laundry servicePosted on Google

Nina Vossler876 days agoConvenient location and management keeps it neat and clean inside. Machines are immaculate and all appear to be in good working condition. Most are multi-load washers-- $4.75/3-load; $5.75/4-load and two are 6-load machines @$7.50. There's just one machine @$3 for a single load. Dryers hold three loads @ $.25/10 mins. There are three different change machines to get the quarters for the machines, and even a few laundry products available for purchase. Plenty of chairs available if you choose to wait inside while your laundry is washing and drying. It's quiet inside here today, I appreciate that no canned music is being played as in some laundromats.Posted on Google
Sanket Soni891 days agoA Gem in Desplaines! Quick Wash Desplaines laundry service is an absolute gem! I stumbled upon this laundromat during a busy week and I couldn't be happier with my find. First off, the cleanliness of this place is top-notch. It's evident that they take great pride in maintaining a spotless environment, which is a huge plus for me when it comes to laundry facilities. The machines are modern and well-maintained, ensuring that my clothes are washed and dried efficiently.I was in and out in no time, and my laundry came out smelling fresh and clean. Additionally, the amenities provided make the whole laundry experience much more enjoyable. Free Wi-Fi, ample seating, and even vending machines for snacks ā they've thought of everything to make your visit comfortable. Also, don't forget free dryers on Thursday. Overall, Quick Wash Desplaines laundry service has exceeded my expectations. Whether you're a local or just passing through, I highly recommend giving them a try. You won't be disappointed!Posted on Google

It is a little busier on Thursdays because drying is free, but so far I havenāt had to wait for a machine. Vicky H.3012 days agoGreat laundromat! They have new machines, clean place, great service and very affordable. A friend of mine comes here and recommended it. My washer broke and this was the first place that came to mind, plus it's very close to me. I had never used a laundromat before and was completely lost...the owner's sister and father went over and beyond in helping me. I came back the following week and he remembered me and even helped me with my laundry again! I would recommend this place to anyone in need of laundry services.Load more
