A few weeks back we had a bad storm that shut off our power and we couldn't do laundry. Which we needed to do, especially for our kids cloths. They always get dirty within seconds...
Luckily Quickwash was open and even late so it was perfect for us. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the owner and he was truly amazing. Saying hello making conversation and even helping us every step of the way using his machines. Definitely will be going back not only when our power shuts off even on regular days!! Apologies for forgetting your name I have a bad habit of forgetting names… but you were amazing from start to finish!!!

Owner's reply
Thanks for sharing, Enrique! It’s great to hear that Quick Wash Des Plaines could step in during the storm and make laundry day stress-free for your family. We’re glad our friendly team and clean, efficient machines helped keep your kids’ clothes fresh, even when power outages hit. We look forward to seeing you again on your regular laundry days too!

I don't usually leave reviews, but this laundromat absolutely deserves one. The place is spotless, well-lit, and all of the machines were clean and in great working condition. I was impressed by how quickly the washers and dryers got everything done, and nothing was out of service.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience easy and stress-free. It's obvious they take pride in keeping the place clean and making customers feel welcome. There was plenty of seating, it felt safe, and the whole atmosphere was much nicer than most laundromats I've been to.

If you're looking for a reliable, clean, and well-maintained laundromat with excellent customer service, this is the place to go. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone in the area!

Been going here for several months now I use to go to other laundromats but honestly with the prices and the peace of mind this place offers I just keep coming back. Also it’s so generous that they offer free drying on Thursday it really helps all of us especially in these times. I love this laundromat and I will be a patron for many years to come.

Owner's reply
Thanks for sharing your experience! We’re really glad to hear you’ve been coming back for several months and that the laundromat gives you that peace of mind along with fair pricing.

It’s great to know the self-service laundromat has been a reliable fit compared to others you’ve tried, and we’re especially happy the free drying on Thursdays has been helpful—that’s something we try to offer to support our regular customers.

We appreciate your continued support and look forward to seeing you again at Quick Wash Des Plaines.

QuickWash Laundromat just had a fantastic Grand Reopening, and the updates are incredible! The interior facelift is fresh and inviting, with crisp white paint, added modern wall sconce lighting, and plenty of tables and chairs to make folding and waiting a breeze. The upgraded payment system is a game-changer—no fees and reloadable cards for washers and dryers make laundry day so much easier. Plus, their convenient service center lets you drop off your laundry and have the pros handle it for you.

This family-owned gem, conveniently located on Ballard Rd. in Des Plaines, is a refreshing update that deserves support. Plenty of parking, a welcoming atmosphere, and thoughtful improvements make QuickWash absolutely worth a visit!

New owners, yay! Quick Wash is exactly what a neighborhood laundromat should be. New owners are a sister and brother team and you can tell they are putting a real effort into updating the space. It’s conveniently located, clean, and bright, with plenty of tables for folding and lots of chairs so you can actually sit comfortably while you wait. There’s an excellent selection of washers and dryers, and the bonus of free dryers on Thursdays is such a nice perk. It just feels good supporting a local business that isn’t a big chain. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing experience at Quick wash and I truly felt it was worth sharing. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean, organized, and welcoming the entire place was. Everything was well-maintained, and the environment made doing laundry feel comfortable and stress-free.

The pricing is very reasonable, and honestly, it’s worth every single penny. You can really tell that they care about providing good value to their customers. It’s not just about washing clothes—it’s about having a smooth and pleasant experience while you’re there.

What stood out the most to me was the exceptional service I received from one of the staff members. I didn’t get the chance to ask his name, but he was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. He guided me step by step and made sure I understood everything. His willingness to help and his positive attitude truly made a big difference in my visit.

It’s rare to come across such genuine customer service these days, and I really appreciate the effort he put into helping me. It honestly meant a lot, and it turned a simple task into a really positive experience.

I highly recommend this laundromat to anyone in the area. If you’re looking for a clean place, fair prices, and outstanding customer service, this is definitely the spot. I’ll absolutely be coming back again!

We have been using this establishment’s wash-and-fold service for the past six months after switching from a competitor, and the experience has been consistently excellent. We operate a busy massage business in the area and rely on a dependable laundry service that can handle our weekly volume with a 24-hour turnaround.
Our linens are always washed in hot water, as requested, which effectively removes oils and leaves the sheets thoroughly clean, fresh, and neatly folded. Their reliability, attention to detail, and consistent quality have made them an important part of our operations.
We highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a professional and dependable laundry service

I've used this Laundromat a few times and every time it's been a great experience. I really like how you can pay by getting a Laundromat card and adding money to it with a debit/credit card. No need for coins since it's all digital. The machines are fairly big and there's a lot of dryers. Would recommend!

Owner's reply
Thanks for the recommendation, Raul! We’re glad each visit has been a great experience and that the digital laundry card makes payment easy. Happy to hear the big machines and plenty of dryers have made laundry day more convenient at Quick Wash Des Plaines.

Convenient location and management keeps it neat and clean inside. Machines are immaculate and all appear to be in good working condition. Most are multi-load washers-- $4.75/3-load; $5.75/4-load and two are 6-load machines @$7.50. There's just one machine @$3 for a single load. Dryers hold three loads @ $.25/10 mins.
There are three different change machines to get the quarters for the machines, and even a few laundry products available for purchase. Plenty of chairs available if you choose to wait inside while your laundry is washing and drying.
It's quiet inside here today, I appreciate that no canned music is being played as in some laundromats.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave amazing feedback for us!! We hope to see you again soon..

A Gem in Desplaines!

Quick Wash Desplaines laundry service is an absolute gem! I stumbled upon this laundromat during a busy week and I couldn't be happier with my find.

First off, the cleanliness of this place is top-notch. It's evident that they take great pride in maintaining a spotless environment, which is a huge plus for me when it comes to laundry facilities. The machines are modern and well-maintained, ensuring that my clothes are washed and dried efficiently.I was in and out in no time, and my laundry came out smelling fresh and clean.

Additionally, the amenities provided make the whole laundry experience much more enjoyable. Free Wi-Fi, ample seating, and even vending machines for snacks – they've thought of everything to make your visit comfortable. Also, don't forget free dryers on Thursday.

Overall, Quick Wash Desplaines laundry service has exceeded my expectations. Whether you're a local or just passing through, I highly recommend giving them a try. You won't be disappointed!

Best laundromat I’ve found so far! It’s well maintained & has plenty of washers/dryers so I never have to wait around for one to open. It is a little busier on Thursdays because drying is free, but so far I haven’t had to wait for a machine. My favorite part is that some weeks I don’t even to do my own laundry, I just use their wash & fold service since it’s so cheap & convenient.

Owner's reply
Thanks for the fantastic review, Alyssa! We’re thrilled that Quick Wash Des Plaines has become your favorite laundromat. It’s great to hear that you can usually find an available washer or dryer and that our well-maintained machines make laundry day easier.

And we’re especially glad you’re enjoying our affordable, convenient wash & fold service when you’d rather let us handle the laundry. We really appreciate your recommendation and look forward to seeing you again!
